Strain specific CTLA4 and TIGIT expression analysis in homozygous B-hCTLA4/hTIGIT mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+;+/+) and homozygous B-hCTLA4/hTIGIT mice (H/H;H/H), and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-CTLA4 antibody and anti-TIGIT antibody. Mouse CTLA4 and TIGIT were detectable in wild-type mice. Human CTLA4 and TIGIT were exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hCTLA4hTIGIT mice but not in wild-type mice.
