Strain specific analysis of IgD and IgM expression in WT and the homozygous B-Igh-J KO mice(C) by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from WT mice and homozygous B-Igh-J KO mice(C). Mouse IgD and IgM were detectable in WT mice but not the homozygous B-Igh-J KO mice(C).
